GeneralThank you for looking at my ToS. I do tend to change my style so I can improve so please understand that your art may not be exactly like what I have as examples!
I have the right to refuse any commision for any reason. Any harmful material won’t be tolerated at all.

Deadlines and DeliveryThe amount of time it will take for me to finish the art can span from a day to 6 weeks depending on the piece(It may take longer than 6 weeks and I apologize!) ! I tend to get burnt out a bit after working on comms but I will finish a comm as soon as I can once I get out of that period(Please be patient with me I will try my best to get it done as fast as possible!)Please let me know beforehand if you need it by a specific deadline. I will try my best to put your piece as my top priority

Commercial use fees can cost up to 100-150% of the original price

RefundsNo refunds will be available once I start lining(This only applies to the rendered pieces!)
No refunds will be available for the scribbles, for the sketch comm it will vary on how far in I’m into the art!

RevisionsYou can request up to 3 revisions during the sketch phase! Major changes need to be told to me as soon as possible since once I get to the lineart stage it will be very hard to make them. Small changes will be allowed during the lineart phase onlyI will send you a wip of the piece every stage if it is a fully render piece or chibi(Sketch, Lines, flats) And when I deliver the render I will ask you if you want any SMALL details added(Nothing new into bg or new render)
- Details will be like any sfx, doodles on the side(hearts, stars, bubble chats, ect)
